If you have ever worked out a gym, went for a run or have been to the local grocery store then you have met and maybe even know her.  She's the girl in the tight spandex or gym clothes with a body that makes everyone's head turn.  She works hard to have that body and harder for her desires.  We all imagine what would happen if we actually went home with that girl or guy in front of you lifting weights at the gym; Anna is just that imagination and experience come to life.  Next time you go for a run you might just end up being just like her, or even better, being seduced by her.

Cardio Day Part One

Anna and Nick just stood there a moment not quite sure what to do.  Another knock came at the door and Nick responded. “Somebody is in here”.  His voice came out a bit meaner than he had intended.  Anna began to gather and put on her clothes while Nick pulled up his boxers and shorts. Anna stared at Nick with her huge eyes and another slightly wicked grin crossed her face.  “Where’s your car at?” she asked Nick. “In the parking garage outside, why? He responded.  “I think we should continue this there.  Unless of course you don’t want to” she teased.  Nick smiled down at Anna and her heart stopped.  “God he was damn sexy” she thought to herself.  Nick bent down and kissed her deep and hard.  As their tongues slid against each other Nick realized he could taste himself on her.  At that moment it really didn’t matter to him. At that very moment he only had one thing on his mind. He had to have this girl no matter the risk.

Anna stood patiently behind Nick as he slowly opened the door.  He had prepared himself with an explanation.  People weigh and do weird stuff at the gym all the time.  He was ready.  As he stepped out of the bathroom no one was around.  The closest person was on a treadmill 20 feet away and focused on their work out.  It seems they were good to go.  Anna smiled at him and said “The coast is clear, let me get my stuff and I will meet you in the parking garage”.  She hurried away to the women’s locker room and Nick went to grab his stuff.

Part One

(The Warm Up)

Today was the day, she thought to herself with a devilish smile.  Anna had been preparing herself for this moment for the last six months and now all her hard work would finally pay off.  As she walked into the gym numerous heads turned to watch her every step.  She was no doubt the most alluring woman in the place.  Her heels clicked on the floor echoing her path toward the female locker rooms.   A pencil grey pinstriped skirt tightly hugged her curves with each step and a simple tight form fitting button up three quarter length white shirt helped to accentuate her best assets.  Her hips, her ass, her breasts were all on show and she had made sure of that.  Now she did all she could to pretend she didn't know anyone was watching, but she knew better.

As she sat on the bench in the locker room peeling off her work clothes she watched as a timid flabby girl walked by.  Anna thought to herself, “I was once you honey and soon you won’t be all that timid if you keep working at it”.  Quickly and determined she changed into her work out clothes, locked her foot locker and hastily, with water bottle in hand, headed for the ellipticals.

The gym, as most seem to do, conveniently staggers the treadmills right in front of all the mirrors and weight lifting benches.  It almost seems as if they are intended to put whoever is on them on display.  Anna planned to use this to her advantage today.  As she headed toward her favorite strider she couldn't help but make eye contact with her regular favorite, and sometimes fantasy, guy.  It was the whole reason she was here today.  So much so she had been timing this chance for the last week.  She had no idea what his name was. All she knew was he would be here at this time of day.  He was your standard romance novel hunk with a twist though.  A firefighter by day, she knew this because often she watched for him coming into the gym, he had tattoos that were well hidden until he was working out.  Anna took this to mean he was a bit adventurous under that calm cool and perfectly sculpted exterior.  “The fun is about to start”, she thought to herself.
