With each step she took toward the door she lost another
article of clothing. She had prepared
for this moment for hours, slowly applying her makeup, trying on dozens of
outfits and practicing the words “Hello”.
It was all for nothing, the anticipation of his arrival and her lust
destroyed any aspect of seduction or romance.
The doorbell rang and she lost all control. She wanted him now and would no longer wait she
decided as she began removing her dress.
When she opened the door and found his smile she didn’t even get to say
her practiced hello.
