Lucy

Lucy

I paused, having just tossed back the soft white cotton sheets that covered her nakedness.  Her shadowed curves and smooth skin stole my need for sleep in that short moment, and I did not care.  She was innocence and taunting pale flesh, waiting patiently as I stood there hungry, searching for my breath.  I shook my head and smiled. I never tired of her want to be touched or the slight taste of honey on her tongue and lips.  She is my desire, occasionally reminding me of this when I get lost in the trivial aspects of the day to day grind of life away from her.

She always waits for me, not allowing night to darken her world and play dreams for her like silver screen movies until I have arrived safely home.  Those imaginings and indulgences are meant for after we kiss one another goodnight.  Sometimes, those kisses linger and lead to our flesh pressed warm and sweaty against one another.  Tonight would be one of those sensual and gratifying hellos.

She stared at me with her swimming brown eyes and half smile as I reached for the light on the night stand and she shook her head no.  She knew we would not be sleeping anytime soon by the way I had been hesitant and so she whispered with the devil in her eye, “Leave the light on sweetie. I want to see you.”  My hand fell to my side and I enjoyed her nakedness without my touch one last time. I then slipped into the bed, placing all of my body against her, and swallowed her eager tongue enjoying the thrust of her hips against me as we became lost in one another’s touch, not caring how little sleep I would actually get before sunrise.

Friday Night Fever

Friday Night Fever

It was a humid Friday night on Mint Street.  My friends had all abandoned me around midnight for the comforts of their beds but I was nowhere near ready for the evening to end.  As I walked alone, my heels clicking along the cobblestone, passing ultra lounges, bars and the seedy dives that were squeezed into the shadows of yuppie heaven, I pondered the trouble I wanted to get into.  My journey was aimless.  I just knew I wanted something to make me forget yesterday; even if it was just for a short time.

None of the places I passed caught my eye enough to entice me to enter so I resigned myself to leaning against the building while having smoke. I fished through my purse searching out my half smushed box of Dunhills, shaking my head at my filthy habit.  Soon I was standing there sucking down destiny and death, staring at the lights on the bridge just a bit farther down the road.  Red, green, yellow, and then red again. It was a monotonous proceeding that reminded me of my own life.  I was desperate for something different.  I was tired of this god damned city and its daily doldrums.  I pushed myself away from the wall while tossing my cigarette to the ground and squashing it with my heel.  I was pretty sure any ladylike appeal I may have had in the clubs was now long gone.  I smiled at the notion in spite of it being negative.

Maybe I should just go home was running through my head as I headed in the direction of the trains.  That’s when he caught my eye.  He stood there, almost half lurking in the shadows, watching me.  I froze for a moment not quite sure what to think of him.  He stepped a bit into the yellow haze cast from the streetlight above me and my fear dissipated.  He was a bit on the nerdy side with cute potential, not any sort of threat to me.  He actually seemed a bit nervous.  “What was this kid up to?” I thought to myself.  He walked over to me and said hi while looking at the ground.  When I said hello back his head raised up offering me a chance to enjoy his steel grey eyes.  I smiled at him as I looked him over.  I guess that encouraged his next question.  “How much?” he asked.  I did not initially realize what he was asking so I am sure my look of confusion made him realize he needed to repeat his question.  “How much do you cost?”

Faith

Faith

The irony of her explicit religious beliefs and her name was not lost on me as she stood there taunting me with her untouched sex. I wondered to myself how someone so innocent could be wearing that barely there string and lace seduction beneath her plain vanilla clothes. She was pure as the driven snow and just as pale with steel grey eyes and a soft pink unsure smile, standing there biting her lower lip, waiting for me to give her reason. As she struggled with a moment of fog I fed her feelings of anger and spite. Who was I to sway her from her current desires? “I’ve never done this before” she spoke quietly as doubt and her morals crept slowly back inside of her head. Anyone who knew me understood I was not about to let this beauty go to waste on reality checks and good senses.

I stoked her anger by mentioning his name and why she was a grown woman who did not have to wait for anyone, especially him. It was a wicked move for me to make but it was also the checkmate I had wanted. The doubt in her eyes vanished only to be replaced by fire and determination. She quickly closed the last steps between us with need. As her body collided with mine and her hot flesh pressed against me, electricity tingled down my every pore and I smiled into her sweet fragrant hair knowing I had triumphed where he had failed. “One man’s mistake is another’s advantage.” I thought to myself smiling quietly. “Sometimes you just gotta have faith.” When I unhooked her bra and allowed her breast to come tumbling out she gasped and purred and I knew at that moment she was mine and would not be turning back.
